rev:text	I always go to this post office to ship out my packages that's already paid for and I like to drop it off to the clerk to get it scanned and get a receipt. I waited in line one day and the clerk's name is Diane Spence. Old lady with glasses and black hair. As I approach the counter, I said to her, I just need a receipt for this package that I'm dropping off. She then said to me, you've waited in line just for this? I said it's all good because I didn't mind waiting at all. She then argue back at me and said, no, it's not good and that I can just drop it off and the package will get where it needs to be. I told her, well, I need a receipt to show proof that I dropped off the package, and she said take a picture. Like seriously I don't seem to see the problem why she gave me such a hard time. It's not like she was the one waiting on line. It was my choice. Just scan my package and give me my receipt! She is rude and has no customer service skills at all! I was watching her help customers while I was waiting in line, and she gives lectures to customers. Sucks to have people like this that turns your day bad. It's very sad and she's a waste of space working at a job that deals with customers. I urge everyone to watch out for this lady. She is not a good person. We go to the post office to receive good service. Not to be given a hard time and lecture for something so simple.
