rev:text	My first experience getting my dog's nails trimmed wasn't that hot, but in response to my lukewarm review, the store's owner very promptly reached out to make it up to me. I tried my next trim with the groomer, Liz, and had a very positive experience. She was very professional and quick, and my dog came out quite happy, considering she hates getting her nails done. The store's commitment to good customer service and happy pups was very impressive!
