  • UPDATE: The salon reached out to me to discuss my experience. It's clear that they value customer service and their clients' satisfaction. They made efforts to - and did - rectify the experience I had. Thank you! ------- I went here a few years ago to get my longer hair trimmed. I had a good experience at that time, so when I returned to Toronto, I went in for a shorter cut with the same hairdresser. He is very nice, but the haircut wasn't good. After the first wash, I realized it's completely uneven in the front, with longer pieces sticking out by at least half an inch. I am now forced to tuck my hair behind my ears to hide the poor cut. I won't be going back. I now have to get a second cut elsewhere to fix the way this looks.
