  • My husband and I brough family in town here. $76 for 60 minute couples massage. We were brought to a room with 4 beds. Pretty cool we can all enjoy the experience together, however my cousin and her girlfriend werent comfortable undressing in front of my husband (obviously). He turned around so they could undress. Would have been nice if they didnt assume and forewarned us but whatever, it worked out. Massage was great, I had Elle and hubby had Tina. They got started right away but didnt start on my cousins girlfriend until 5 minutes after us. Also, im not a huge massage fan, I appreciate them asking prior where are my pain points and how hard or soft I would like my massage, both didnt happen. There was definitely a language barrier throughout the facility. With that being said, I luckily had a therapist who was gentle enough, at one point it was too hard I told her and she giggled and lightened up and checked immediately if the pressure was ok which I appreciated. There is no timers so dont expect a full time to be completed. We arrived at 2:35p we were in the room at 2:50p and massage was over at 3:40p. True to many statements they are hawks hovering around the cash register. My cousin gave $ 12 tip for each of their therapists, my husband and I gave $20 each. They were happy, my cousins therapist was NOT and defintely let it be known, she approached then and when my cousin said she left 15% the lady said "this isnt a restaurant" Again, she was late to start on her massage and at the end, she didnt massage a little longer, she completed the massage right after we were all complete. Personally, it felt like they only get paid off their tips, I wonder if my hunch is true. No one stops them from harrassing customers so this is customary. Personally I wouldnt have taken offense, ultimately I mentally place the notion with "you get what you pay for". Although my massage was about 45/50 minutes it was very good, hence my 4 star review. However, at $38.50 per person you kind of just hope for the best haha! Don't feel guilted! Give the tip you can and walk out. I would come back for sure. Gets the job done and the place is clean. If I cant afford to give more then $10 or $15 I'll prep myself and quickly walk out to avoid annoying convo. Again, you will pay for the service not for fluff. If you are easily offended, bark up the extra money and go to Qua Spa at Caesars Palace and get a true experience through and through.
