  • Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and we rarely have any issues at all. My son has been a patient there for about a year and a half and my daughter became a patient there when she was born in December 2016. Right away they noticed that she had tongue tie and lip tie, and Dr. Agarwal performed the procedure when she was 3 weeks old. First of all he is wonderful and a joy to be around and the kids LOVE him. Secondly, I cannot believe the amount of success we've had since that procedure. My son never got the hang of breastfeeding and I have a feeling that he was undiagnosed with ties as well when we were with a different pediatrician. (I can see a lip tie now that I know what to look for, but he's 2 years old and seeing under the tongue is a challenge.) My daughter now is exclusively breastfeeding and will take a bottle of my milk if I'm not around to feed her, which barely ever happens but still, she's great at the breast OR bottle and from what I understand that can be difficult. Also they have so many resources to help with breastfeeding (and other issues too I'm sure) other than just the procedures themselves. They have lists of Lactation specialists, chiropractors, PTs, and more to help with every aspect of a baby's feeding and they give you tons of info so you don't have to ask the questions that you don't know to ask, unlike many other doctors offices! My only issue EVER with this office is that you can't simply walk in to get your child a flu shot, (which seems like a simple thing to do but I understand they're busy and on a schedule yadda yadda...) you have to make an appointment and sometimes it's quite a while before you can get in just for the vaccine. Now that you're warned, though, just go to a CVS or somewhere that carries the child dose and you'll be fine.
