I chose this place for the cheap rate and the complimentary internet. That was a mistake as the wireless was completely undependable. I stayed 5 nights and the wireless only worked for the first 4 hours. Good thing there's a wired option available.
For a Courtyard, the place is pretty nice. The lobby is large and was decorated nicely for the holidays. There was an abundance of friendly staff hovering about waiting to help out and answer questions.
The rooms aren't anything special. You'll notice that the photos on the website are of the rooms in the South Tower. I was in the North Tower... probably because I paid next to nothing. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked but it wasn't horrible either. The bathroom was adequate with great water pressure.
Room service was only available from 5pm - 10pm so if you're a late night snacker, you'll have to head down to the lobby and choose from the snackbar-like selection in their "Marketplace" area.
Overall, this place is a good place to stay if you can get a good rate. I probably wouldn't pay more than $100/night here.
