I will NEVER step foot in this store again. I am switching all 3 family lines to Sprint. Bought a Mophie charging case Dec. 1st. I bought it to replace the one that I had previously that stopped working. Within 3 weeks the side switch that turns phone from silent to ringer broke-- no biggie-- it is under warranty. After waiting for like 30 minutes the lady tells me she cannot find where I purchased it anywhere although I bought it at the same store 3 weeks prior. I say-- "So what do we do? She tells me well- I can keep researching or you can just pay for it... Going on 40 minutes already I say I will just pay.
That very night I get my Verizon bilk in mail and the charge is one there from 3 weeks prior. Today which is 24 hours after I just paid for the replacement, I call customer service and explain the situation--- they say that is strange because we can see it and we will comment on the account and when you go back in they will reimburse your account. I then go back into this wonderful store-- wait 20 minutes.... Then I get this young lady to help me and she acts like I am bothering her... I tell her the situation and she asks me where is the old one-- I tell her you people have it from yesterday it was broke and I left it with the girl who works at the same store but is apparently off today. She is like which girl? I start describing the gal and she rolls her eyes and goes to talk to someone-- at this point - I am like forget it-- I don't care anymore.. My time is too valuable to spend hours at this store for $100.00 that is owed to me--- I am leaving and she says well have a nice day then! I did not like her attitude so I told them off and they said don't come back! I never will... This store sucks and the people must hate their jobs!
