  • If I could I would give 1 1/2 stars. Under the old management they where great when my wife went there. I have been there twice since and I always get the same bs story. They can not do the flat repair but will sell me a new tire. I tell them no drive the 30 seconds to Wal-Mart and get it fixed. For $10 instead of free. But, it is a lot cheaper then buying a new tire. The sad thing is back in the day I used to mechanic. So, I know when they are trying to rip me off. I just feel bad for the people that they have done this to or the women that they take advantage of because they think they don't know. What a poor management style. I was looking at buying off-road tire from them for deer hunting and rims. But, I will just wait and get them from Les Schwab in elko, NV. It is sad that Big O has gone this far downhill in this area.
