  • I made an appointment for 10:00am to have my winter tires put on. When I arrived, the clerk in the automotive department was helpful and efficient... But it went downhill from there. I was told it would take an hour for my car to be ready, so I browsed through the store while waiting... I checked back at 11:00am and was told it wouldn't be long so I had a seat in the waiting room... By 12:00, they had JUST started the wheel alignment and I didn't actually get out of there until 1:00pm!! I had other things to do and would have appreciated a more honest assessment of the wait time - or at least some proactive communication on the delay. At least the chairs in the waiting room were comfortable.
