This is my first AYCE sushi experience dating way back to 2011. Since then I've eaten here probably 100 times! It was cutting edge back then and in my opinion still leads the way overall in AYCE sushi. The menu has shrunk over the years but the special rolls have gotten tighter, more interesting and a lot tastier. I prefer this place to places like Yama because the rolls are small and most can be ordered 1/2. What's the point of going to an AYCE spot and getting served a giant roll you HAVE to eat? It's all about variety right? Kaya is the king of variety. The music is annoying. Really really annoying. But it's mostly a matter of my own taste. The serves sometimes ignore me, but it's forgiven as they're almost always very busy. If you want a place to start your AYCE experiences, this is it!
