  • Purchasing our new 2017 Explorer was so easy and almost fun but as soon as we had a problem with it, it became another story. The service department is the absolute worst!!! This dealer sold us a rig with tires that were not rated for it - did I mention it was a $52K vehicle!!!! Of course less than half way through the life of the tires they are peeling and dangerous to drive on. Their solution, buy new tires at full price and the manufacturer will send you a rebate later. WTF Seriously? YOU sold me tires that should NOT be on this vehicle and then you overcharge me for new tires!! No thank you. Not only will I work with the tire manufacturer to go elsewhere and get a much better deal, I will never ever purchase another vehicle from this dealer and I will be sure to share the horrible experience with everyone I know.
