Terrible customer service. I went in today to purchase some Scot's Santa Maria seasoning and had a terrible experience. When I asked the employee if it was possible that the price was wrong because it was 25% higher than the retail price listed on scot's website, I got zero response. When I asked again, still dead silence. I guess he didn't want to respond, but ignoring a customer is ridiculous. I don't mind paying for good service, but to pay over retail for a product just seems like price gouging. Needless to say, I will not return to their store.
