  • DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.!!!!!!!!!! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I was looking for a SUV when I ran across bell Honda's website for a used Honda CRV. I went down to the dealership to look at vehicle and it was not even available to test drive. The car was outside of the body shop and the keys were not even available. The salesman told me to come back the next day to look at it and test drive it. I was on my way to the dealership when I received a phone call from the salesman stating that I could not even buy the car due to the bad transmission. Since they realized that it needed to be replaced the car would be much more expensive. They did give me a gas card for the inconvenience however it left me with a bad feeling about the dealership knowing that they posted the car without even inspecting it prior to posting it. I wanted to take some time to look at other SUV at other places but the salesman kept calling and I ignored the calls until one day I actually answered his calls and texts. He said he had a 2007 Toyota rav4(certified used car) for me to look at however he took me to a much more expensive Honda CRV which I declined to even look at due to my financial situation. He tried to convince me to still look at it but I was not going to. The salesman than took me to see the Toyota rav4 which I came to look at. I really liked the vehicle so we went over the numbers with the salesman and told him all I could afford was 250 month at the most with 0 money down. I than agreed to 300 at the most with 500 down to ensure that it would stay in my budget. The salesman than had me put down what I would agree to and I was on my way toward financing. Financing was a nightmare I agreed to 300 and it suddenly went to 450 a month I said no it was too much. The financing guy had me sign a paper and said that if I found it cheaper I could go with their financing instead of the dealership financing. I was not even sure who was even going to finance me at the time. There were so many things that I didn't fell comfortable with that price. The next day I went to return the vehicle back to the dealership because I did not feel comfortable about what had happened the previous day. I talked to another financing guy and he was under the impression I was signing the final paperwork with the loan info complete . I said no that was not the case I wanted to return the car since I only had it 1 day. He said that the car was now mine and I could not return it. I walked out 3 or 4 times extremely upset how they handled things especially since they knew I only agreed to 300 at the most. Eventually one of the managers noticed that there was something wrong so he took off all the ridiculously expensive things and told me that he would throw in a warranty for free. He lied I was charged around 600 for it and on top of that it was not the internet price I agreed to. I was EXTREMELY upset but eventually got the price down to 326.11 which was still more than I wanted. The dealership said that if I just gave them back the car it would go against my already not great credit. What was I to do, they trapped me into a bad situation by their lying scheming ways. Maybe a week or 2 later I took the vehicle back because the rear and front bumpers clips were coming out the said they were fine. My husband also noticed a clicking sound coming from the ignition and they could not duplicated the sound. I have had to go back an additional 2-3 times for the clips on the bumper and the windshield was not properly sealed all the way around the glass so when I had to drive on the freeway I heard lots of air coming from the windshield. The dealership was giving me a hard time saying the windshield was fine however I had a windshield expert drive with me and she heard the same noises I have heard. I have had the car for over 30 days at this point but it was a pre existing condition that came with the car so they had to replace it since it was a safety issue. Now I have had vehicle for about 2 1/2 months and am purchasing vehicle for over 15,000 and I recently took a trip to California and heard a clunking noise from the back of vehicle, clunking noise intermediate shafts, and the car was not driving smoothly anymore after such a short period of time. The service department inspected the vehicle and said that the front two struts with mounts were bad and I had to replace both intermediate shafts ALREADY. They also gave me a quote of $1940 to replace both. They also never mentioned that that battery may need to be replaced as well( it failed the performance test). When I questioned them on what they check with a certified used car they said they don't check the struts it is not a safety issue. They said if I noticed it within the first 30 days and told them they could replace them. When I went on the test drive it sounded loud and they said it was just the road and it was an older car, so it was normal. not covered by warranty zero stars
