  • I love cupcakes and I will always stop if I see some that promise to be yummy. I stopped here in my walk back to the hotel from dinner. You have to pay to park downtown and there is very little of it with all the roadwork happening. Also, check if the Indians or Cavs are playing. Makes the place super busy! These cupcakes are pretty big which a good bit of icing. I got the white chocolate, raspberry cupcake. The cake was good, a little dry. There was not enough filling to support all the cake so it just got a little lost. The icing was ok. Buttercream with Crisco no butter taste and a thick but light consistency. They were ok, definitely needed more filling. There were three young kids working when I went in. They were busy talking about who could eat the most ice cream and rolling their eyes at the last customer that was in there. A bit rude, especially the young blonde. So customer service 0/5, it's just hard to appreciate rude people.
