I've always had good service at this location. I take my dog, Mylo there and they treat him very well for grooming. They don't judge if he poops on the floor in the grooming salon bc he's scared. I swear he poops outside EVERY TIME before we go in but he just doesn't like being groomed and gets scared. He always comes out smelling great, feeling great, and even less nervous than when he arrived. What was a great experience for me was one time I brought him in on a Sunday for grooming. I didnt pay attention to their shortened hours on Sundays and when they called to tell me he was ready to go, I didn't recognize the number (I guess it's a different one from the salon bc I have petsmarts number saved) so I didn't answer. I listened to the voicemail and they were closing in 15 minutes! I felt terrible both for my baby and the staff down there. They did not judge me at all and a groomer stayed as well as a cashier a little after hours (I was only around 5 min late) so I didnt have to board him for the night. I was extremely apologetic and they were so nice about it. When I got there, the groomer was calmly petting him and loving him while I checked out and he was fine. I gave a great tip. The cashier was sweet too and also did not act impatient or rude at all. Had a great experience overall. My mom also takes her dogs to the grooming salon and sees Amy who is wonderful with them. Always does a great job and deals well with them even though they're wiggly. Only problem I've ever had was when I first started going there, they messed up in the system and couldn't find him. Ended up making a second account which I guess they never got rid of? It is fine now because they can always tell which account it is based on history. Great prices too! Will keep going back for sure.
