rev:text	I started buying from RH and baby and child more than 4 years ago. I'm still in love with all the pieces I have and adding to my collection slowly. Yesterday was my first in-store experience. I ordered a bed and dresser through the store associate to be sure of my final price. All of them were wonderful! Yes, the exchange just kills! But some items on sale are still competitive with let's say, pottery barn(and to me, look much better) As an example, the dresser I purchased for my daughter's room was USD $759, final CAD price ended up to be CAD $1091.98, that included 100 off every 500 sale. So $659 US price plus shipping and tax ended up to be $1091 CAD. If it's cc online, works out to be more. As for customer service from HO toll free #, I'm amazed by them! I purchased a huge heavy Roman clock mirror. It cracked 3 Times!!(I think it was manufacturing defect as it's made with metal and glass in many pieces) They exchanged it twice. Third time I asked to just return it and get a hutch instead. That was three years later. They did. They also took a console with it without any questions since those two were placed together. I have all Belgian linen (sand) upholstered furniture for about 4 years now and it's comfortable, durable and your eyes never get tired. We vacuum it regularly and, of course, no food on the couch! My daughter has the mini table for 6 and any time there's a play date, everyone compliments it. And even us moms sit at it:) Avenue moving is their delivery company, which is VERY professional and careful. I even hired them to do our moving. Excellent service. I'm RH customer for life!
