  • I don't need to spend much time on this. Great location, Nice barman, Good size, neither too big or too small. BUT! Lacklustre 'food', It needs a good deep cleaning all over, Same old watery tasteless fizzy lemonade that stands for Canadian and American beer these days (Bud, Coors, Canadian, Labatts, kokanee, Big Rock Trad etc). Distracting tacky bar electronic games, Distracting 'me too' big screens showing things that one can watch at home. One goes to a bar/pub to talk to people, not look over their shoulder to watch the oilers v toronto for the 24th game that week. In short, it is largely like every other 'me too' Calgary bar. Nothing of merit, apart from the nice barman(s). I'd go in for bottomless coffee and a chat with some pals, but thats about it.
