I am reading through these amazing reviews and thinking to myself that it cant just be me who experienced this. It inspired the beginning of my Yelp review future.
The reason for two stars instead of one star is because the staff is friendly and they even researched and found toothpaste for me, which was above and beyond a dental office. I also like the use of email confirmations.
The reason for losing three stars is because my very first appointment, not only did they send me away in the middle of my very first appointment for an hour because the hygienist was not ready for me, but they ended my appointment in the middle of it, instead of completing the work, and had me come back a week later.
They then scheduled me to come back two months later to check on my gums but canceled my appointment last minute because they are no longer open evenings. To be fair they tried to give me other times but it was during my working hours and advised me that they likely won't have evenings available before September. But what about my gums?? I think this is something they almost could have told me sooner.
If it had been the other way around, I would have been charged for a last minute cancellation.
Time to find a new dentist
