  • There has been a lot of hype around Improper Pig, so I had to go and try it out. With that said, I'm not sure what all the hype is about. The BBQ is ok, I've had much better in Charlotte. The grits were great, I really liked them. The baked beans weren't good at all. I can't even put my finger on what was wrong with it but it wasn't tasty at all. My husband had the sweet potato hash and I thought that was very good, he didn't like it. The prices are good there and the beer selection is good. I will go back again and try something different, but as a BBQ there are better places in Charlotte.
