  • Bad experience I went to drop off a package with a prepaid label. The label to my understanding should have covered all fees. When I first arrived the manager shook my box and said it's pretty hollow. It will need paper to fill the inside. So he says do you want me to put some. I figured it would be maybe old news paper type of paper or since he asked before telling me there would be a fee I figured it was included. To make a long story short the prepaid label should have covered all expenses when I checked out they charged me almost 5$ for paper which if they had told me before the stuffed and taped up my box I would have done so myself. I know 5$ is not a lot. Buy it was the fact that he did not tell me before hand there would be a fee until after the fact. Well I ended up paying the pay. But thanks to the great Isagenix company they will be crediting me back. Unlike this place that apparently like ripping people off!!!!!
