  • 4 stars for the massage. Marciel has magic hands. I'm pretty particular with massages and having the right person is always hard to find. She was professional and very talented massage therapist. She applied the right pressure and even before we started reconfirmed verbally the areas I wanted to focus on. The hot towels were amazing and I enjoyed my entire hour. 2 stars for customer service at the front desk. We were charged $10 twice and had to call and get reimbursed. If people were trained properly the first time I wouldn't have to call and explain my situation to two separate managers and be on hold for ridiculous amount of time. Again a fail with service and too bad for Massage Envy I really was thinking of getting a membership , but makes me think twice if people are careless with my credit card. But just wanted to say Marciel (not sure if I'm spelling her name right), was excellent.
