  • I started going here when I moved to the akron area because it seemed like a nice establishment. I have received 1 perm and 1 eyebrow wax here. The perm was a nightmare (and I have experience getting perms so I know the difference between a good one and a fail) and the technician literally RIPPED my skin off during the wax. It was painful and horrible. When I left and found a new salon, one customer had the same name as me and I would get all of that person's confirmation emails. I called them AT LEAST 5 separate times to make them aware of the mix up and to get it changed, they never would. So frustrating. I know several employees who have left this salon and it is very evident why.
