  • I've been with Adelante for almost 2 years(Dr. Patel was great!) and I loved everything about Adelante until I transferred doctors from Surprise to this location and they ruined it for me. DONT go to this location!!! I've had to switch doctors twice in the past 4 months because Dr. Inman's team was too busy to return calls and went against regular routines doctor Dr. Patel would do for me. Even the medical staff on the phone said that was the usual for my situation but his notes said it could be an insurance issue. That wasn't true since Dr. Patel did it for me all the time, so I said to do it anyways. Dr. Inamn didn't, so I got tired of this treatment along with waiting for call backs when they say they called me back- so I switched to Dr Wells thinking it would change the tone. I scheduled my appointment with Wells a month in advance for a blood work followup, from there they should have sent my order to the lab and I would have gone for my follow up and been happy. Well that didn't happen! A week before my scheduled follow up I had a lab appointment at Sonora Quest but Dr. Wells had not faxed my order. The day before my blood work appointment I called and they still haven't sent it over! An hour before my blood work appointment I called to followup and make sure they sent it, still hadn't so they would put as priority. 15min into my appointment time and what do you know they said they sent it but did not, at this time I'm annoyed and told Adelante I am waiting for the fax to come in along with the staff at Sonora Quest. I waited 15min and called again, they were closed for lunch by that time and still no fax! I left Sonora quest labs so heated! My appointment next week will get pushed back now and all because that damn office is slow, lacks communication and didn't follow through. I will not be returning to this location, they are all kinds of negative and I know I can find a much more professional and caring team elsewhere. Too bad for me Dr. Patel is leaving my providers network.
