| - For my job, I travel everywhere. We always use the ballroom for our events at the hotel we are staying at, and the hotel is given a list of expectations and a checklist of what we need. We were not impressed with our service. We had to ask several times to get things done, and then they were done at the very last minute. There was one kid who worked really hard but he was carrying the load of every other server. It's a requirement to get the temperature in the ballroom around 70 degrees, it was 80 the first day, and they always had excuses and complaints-not solutions. My key was always de-magnetized and I had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. Sleep number beds- the remote doesn't work, the beds weren't clean, and the lighting inside the rooms are horrible. I also was never able to get my thermostat to a good temperature and all of my co-workers complained about this as well. The restaurant is very expensive, I ordered a $15 Chicken Caesar Salad, and my chicken was burnt. This is not a place I would recommend to stay, or I would come back to, if I had the choice.
