  • When our garage door spring broke today, we were stuck. Literally. So I called around and a friend recommended Arizona Garage Door Repair (one of the local Sears franchises). She had the same issue a few weeks ago and had a great experience and I'm happy to report they also came through for me. Robert, our technician came out the same day, examined the door, took the time to show us what was wrong, what parts needed replacement and how these parts were actually worn out. He also showed me which parts were still in working order and how to take care of them to maximize their operational life. We appreciated the education. All of the pricing was quoted up front and many of the prices are available online (along with coupons and special promotional offers). They also take credit cards, which is a plus. After his repairs, the door actually works better now and when it was originally installed! I know there are a lot of "shady" garage door companies out there but for us, this was a great experience and we'll be happy to refer them to friends and neighbors!
