  • Please if you are new to this city, find another vet. There are some great ones, this is a cold awful money grubbing, trench of despair. We were new to the city, with a new baby and a very sick little dog. The beside manner was atrocious, cold. They suggested Insane expensive, over the top treatments like kidney dialysis, etc ... totally out of our price range...when I repeatedly kept asking for alternative medicine, they told me that would come later...As a lifelong dog owner of many breeds and sizes , I have experienced amazing success using acupuncture, herbs and diet Whole foods,nutrition homeopathic remedies. Again I asked . They refused and kept pushing the most expensive , invasive treatments. I was lost. I was losing dog. A doctor actually told me in waiting room in front of other patients, literally yelled it over shoulder " you have to put that dog down. Kidneys are shot". Thankfully I stood my ground and found the best homeopathic doctor in town, and now 4 years later my senior citizen baby dog is STILL alive and thriving , running around and happy , we accomplished this through herbs, Acupunture and homeopathic care, and an amazing caring vet. I waited a long rime to write this review because I wanted share with readers NOT to give up. My dog is alive and well, and is growing up with my son. This vet office is the worst atmosphere ever.
