  • Really bad customer service! 5 stars for rudeness and poor people skills. Don't order from Katasha she's completely irritable, rude, and has a horrible demeanor. Surprisingly the rest of the staff was the same way. I guess bad energy is contagious and misery loves company. The "bad-attitude barista" at the window said remembering fraps is not easy and working there, "Starbucks" is hard. If working at "Starbucks" is hard, I'm not sure what your future goals are if any. Not too say it doesn't get busy, but I really commend the people that have a great attitude under pressure and don't take it out on the customer. DON'T GO HERE!!
