| - I want to express that this store has by far the worst customer service ever. Oh did you want to call the store? Not a chance. Not only do they have two different phone numbers on their website, neither of them work.
Also, these girls who work here will tell you anything so that you buy their brand. So I bought an outfit, after what I felt like was a wall of pressure, only to come home and find the bottoms dirty and food stained. Maybe the staff wear the clothes on their shift and put it back? I don't know. Nonetheless, I am still waiting for a new pair of bottoms.
Anytime I come by to check if the new shipment has arrived, I get the run around. No one has any clue what is going on. They take your number and PROMISE to call with some information, but no call ever comes. So I become the stalker trying to figure out what the heck is going on.
So to conclude, extremely poor service (many promises made, none delivered), selling damaged and stained clothes with no sight of new merchandise to replace with, no refunds (now stuck waiting for these alleged bottoms, or store credit) and two wrong phone numbers on their website which don't work.
Worst worst worst.
