  • I am blown away by the service department here! I have had an ongoing problem with my jeep (while driving across country) for the last 5000 miles. It has been to 3 dealers and 3 states and not one of those "other" dealers worth talking about in a positive way so I will not even talk about them. First of all, Heather my service advisor was amazing! She always greeted me with a smile and actually knew my name (being from out of town this felt nice). I love to be at a dealership where the employees are actually happy to be there for you, and trust me it shows in the attitude of the employees (at one dealership my advisor walked from his job marking everything as finished messing up everything!). I never had the feeling of being just a number or another horrible problem to some over stressed employee. I didn't catch the name of the mechanic that worked on the car but did get a chance to meet him and he explained what he fixed and assured me that the problems I was having are gone. Sure enough it's fixed! While the jeep was in they took care of other minor issues and caught the truck up on the recalls that the last 2 dealer were unable to take care of. I got the jeep back all cleaned up and ready to hit the road for more adventures. I highly recommend this dealer for service work of any kind, mine was a major repair and I feel much better knowing that happy employees worked on my truck and not some yahoo who is just doing what he has to do to keep the pay checks coming in. Thanks Chattman Dodge! Your service staff is amazing!
