  • No stars! This company is a joke, worst customer service ever! My refrigerator needing servicing, in which nothing was done. Except the disarray of my home. They left food out of the freezer to defrost on my counter, towels of decor used to clean up whatever mess they made, then they re hung the towel sopping wet, like it hasn't ever been used, but clearly with the dripping pile on my kitchen floor from the towel it had. My freezer was completely disorganized, with food missing, as if they went shopping. Pictures that hung with magnets on the fridge were all on the ground. Cabinets left opened. Still confused as to why they were in cabinets when it was the fridge that needed service. Sponges and scrubbing brushes left in usual places. Like on the stove?! Not sure if the tech was drunk, or blind. Then, my downstairs restroom , had a tornado blow through it obviously . Wtf?! Don't do it. Beware
