| - This place is great for younger kids! We have a membership and I think it's a great deal, especially since admission is $10 for any person over the age of 1. We have been 4 times in 2 weeks. My 3 year old LOVES it. My 8-month old can even sit in the baby area, or sit in one of the high chairs at the water table... but we do spend most of the time chasing the older one around. They have many exhibits including a fire truck, ambulance, farm, gymnastics, "restaurant" where kids can serve up play food, car repair, train set, a small grocery store, dress up stage, doctors office, ocean-inspired area, airport, and one of my son's faves...collecting bricks in a dump truck and sending them up to the 2nd floor, where they send them back down a conveyer belt/chute. He was playing there for 45 minutes one day.
They also have shows throughout the day.. from puppet shows to book readings..and an area where you can do crafts.
Two things I think they need... 1) a gate on the stairway! 2) a cafe instead of just a couple vending machines would be nice.
Overall we love having this so close to us. It an excellent place for kids to explore, learn and play.
