  • AC went out at 1:30 last Saturday...100+ outside. Called and recieved prompt service call (within 2 hours). Technician took a look....told me it was the fan motor and cage and that it would be $1400. I called a friend that had installed it 9 years ago for his advice. He told me it was a $300-400 fix....labor and parts. I sent the Goettl guy packing after 10 minutes with his $80 service call fee and an F U very much. I paid $380 on Monday to another company. Took about 20 minutes to fix.
