I ordered 2x1 pound bags of Veranda coffee last evening; when I got to the store, instead of my coffee, there were the two stickers that would have gone on the bags if they had had the coffee! I was informed that they were out of the Veranda, but that I could drive down to the store near Heisley Road....didn't feel like doing that!
So, I get home and I see that my Starbucks card was charged $25.90, despite my not getting my coffee!
I assume Starbucks will make it right, but there should be a way for the "Order Ahead" to let you know when a store is out of something.
Lastly, this store, on 7681 Mentor Ave, has been out of coffee before...inventory control?
