  • This rating is primarily reflective of the service center. The 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee owner's manual indicates 7500 mile oil change interval. Sticker after oil change every time I've gotten it from Don Miller is for 3000 mile oil change frequency. This means either they're dishonestly trying to scam people into over-frequent oil changes (being a common scam makes it no less a scam), or they're incompetent and just don't even know what the recommendation for my vehicle is. I'm certain it's more the former than the latter, but neither is a desirable trait for your local dealership service center. I now only take my Jeep there for recall maintenance, and reluctantly do even that.
