  • I wish I was able to rate them lower than 1 star. I would rate them a big 0. I was excited to bring my phone in and get it fixed and figured this was a very well put together company especially since they are in the mall. I was WRONG. I brought my phone in to get the glass replaced because it was cracked.. I bought an otter box and everything so i wouldn't have to go through this again. When it was fixed I was happy as a clam.. Went home & everything was swell in the world. The next day I was just charging my phone.. I had it laying on my bed (i had already put the otter box on my phone) & some how it fell off my bed & cracked AGAIN (WHILE IT WAS IN THE OTTER BOX.) I was furious.. I could not understand how in the world this could of happened. Anyways.. the young man who had fixed my phone told me that if my screen cracked.. just the glass not the lcd screen that I could get it fixed under warranty. (Figured that wouldn't happen because of my otter box) so I took my phone back the next day and spoke to another man that was working there that day and told him I was there under warranty and the screen cracked not the lcd and I needed it replaced. (He was a manager) He told me he couldn't do it and that whoever told me that was wrong and that it must of been a misunderstanding. I told him no.. I completely understood and know what I was told by the man who fixed my phone. He told me again he couldn't do it and I was wrong. I asked him to look up who told me that and to try to get to the bottom of it. (I was upset, I just got my phone fixed a day prior and spent over 100 dollars to get it fixed!) he looked up who fixed it and proceeded to tell me that the man that fixed my phone was not good with English, speaking to customers and that he had been working there for a very long time but sometimes didnt know how to explain things to people correctly or clearly. I don't know why this was my fault and still confused on how it could of broken so easily if the glass they used was good quality (especially WHILE IN AN OTTER BOX it shouldn't of cracked)! The manager had terrible customer service, they are obviously not clear when explaining information and OBVIOUSLY they are NOT using good quality products to fix phones. I was told several different things from their workers and spent (what I think is quite a bit of money there.) Bad service, cheap quality products, unclear service. A big 0/0 rating. Never again. Highly suggest not to use this company it's a huge waste of your time and money.
