rev:text	My family has been using this cleaner for over 3 years. It's conveniently located to our house and when we are looking to have items cleaned we know that they will do a great job. Compared to other cleaners, they are a bit higher priced for women's items (dresses, blouses, skirts) which is a bit unfortunate. The owners are regularly in the store however Summer seems quite frazzled and like she's too busy to attend to your needs. I've been in the store where she'll spend 10 minutes talking to a customer about non-dry cleaning related items and then brush through me and my order when it comes to my turn. That's a bit frustrating. Also, I had recently had my wedding dress dropped off to have priced to have cleaned and boxed (not preserved but simply put into a box). Summer called me a few days later and gave me the price of $135 plus tax. I agreed and a few weeks later she called to say it was ready for pick up. I went in to pick the dress up and it still had dirt marks on the underside of the dress. It also was not boxed. I talked to the young woman who was working at the time and she said she'd have Summer call me back. Upon receiving her phone call, Summer said that it would be an additional $75 to have the dress preserved. I told her it was my understanding that the $135 included boxing and she argued with me that I never asked to have it boxed and if I had, she would have gone over the entire process of how it's boxed, etc. It's her word against mine and I am extremely disappointed in this misunderstanding. I would have hoped that she would try to rectify the situation but no avail. While we had great service for the past few years, this incident has caused me to want to look for another dry cleaner.
