  • I went to that salon every two weeks for about 3 months and I found that my my service level declined with each visit. The first time I went I had one of the ladies in the back give me a fresh set of gel tips then I ended up having Julie the owner maintain for the rest of the time I was going there. At first it she did a great job. Taking her time making sure each nail was shaped the way I wanted it to be. Then as the weeks went by she started getting sloppy. Rushing the job. With gel you have to apply it a certain way to get it to stay. She started globbing it on like it was acrylic that's a no no. I smashed the hell out of my finger and broke a nail at work and I went there to get it replaced. That very same nail that she replace fell off within 3 days. I ended up replacing that nail twice after initially breaking it. No other nail just that one. So here I am thinking of me being hard on my nails and that's why they keep falling off. I decide I wanted to do a fresh set and Julie ended up doing the set. Every single one of my nails had lifting after 2 or 3 days I finally decided to just take them off completely after 1 week $60 of nails gone. I came to the realization that the only reason the other nails didn't fall off was because the first lady knew how to apply the gel correctly. Shouldn't the owner of the salon be able to do everything? I haven't been back since.
