  • My first time here & honestly it was a horrible experience. The guy that greets and you pay to its nice. But the one that suppose to guid you into the actual washing cycle it's rude. I didn't have my glasses at the time and I couldn't see where he was trying to guid me. So he did approach me and said you need to pay attention to directions. Of course very rudely not to nice about it. I'm used to going to car washes that have the mirrors to guid you into entering the wash but not this one. After I try to vacuum my car and the only vacuum available was broken! I got a free wash which was part of the deal but at this point I will not be going back! For the first time experience I am very disappointed.
