rev:text	Full disclosure I rarely write Yelp reviews but I do eat at a lot of restaurants around the valley being a young single male professional who doesn't cook. I ate here today for lunch and it was so delicious I promised the owner I'd write him a 5-star review on Yelp on the way out. So here I am being a man of my word. When I arrived I scanned the menu and was recommended the pulled pork by the friendly cashier at the front -- but then I saw they had chicken and beef as well .. decisions, decisions. At that point I knew I had to do the sliders so I could try all 3! Mac n' Cheese for the side was a no-brainer. I even got some chicken wings too. Hey don't judge, your boy was hungry. All were phenomenal. I especially liked the wings and the sauce they had. It wasn't your typical thick, ketchupy BBQ sauce -- it was lighter and tasted delicious. The people were very nice and I really appreciated that the owner Mark came over to my table and wanted to make sure my food tasted great. We chatted for a bit and he told me he's had this business for 28 years! Wow, I respected that. I could tell he was a hard worker who takes care of his customers. The place was packed for lunch with professionals like myself so its a testament that they likely have a lot of regulars. I feel that's the lifeblood of any great business. Great food, great service, fair prices -- its that simple. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this place out if they are in the Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale tri-city area. I told Mark I'd bring some colleagues for lunch here in the next couple weeks. 5-stars!!!
