  • I currently have Dr. Jimmy Tran and have never had more problems... my old Dr. was Hugo Paulson and loved him, unfortunately he moved away, so now I'm stuck with this guy.. my few appointments ive had w him, he doesn't seem to care very much just confirms my medicine, I have been calling the office for the past week to get in contact with him to talk about my perscriptions, and they all tell me to expect a call back.. i have reached out 4 different times and talked to 4 different operators and one week later still no call back. so i call again and they do the same thing and im told to wait 48 hours. i do that and still no call. this isnt the first occasion anytime i call the operator is rude and i never get a call back when they say they will NEVER!!! I am looking for a new dr. and office to go to as this office is very unorganized, they get requests form my pharmacy and don't send my refills in and im stuck with no medication and no one in the office seems to care at all.. all i want is a call back to talk to my dr about perscriptions...
