We booked several weeks prior to arriving in Vegas. We booked for a Tuesday during the day. The night before our tour, we got a call that both vehicles that the company owns "went down" and we would have to reschedule to Wednesday. We told the tour operator (Cassandra) that we would have to pay to reschedule our spa appointments that were already scheduled for Wednesday, and she said that was the only option. Cassandra said she would call us right back to confirm our Wednesday appointment, and we never heard back from her. We called at least 20 times over the next 24 hours, left mulitiple messages, and never got a return call. Finally, late Tuesday afternoon we called the number listed on their website to try to get some info - a man answered and said he had no idea what we were talking about (our trip being rescheduled) and said he would call us right back. Never heard back from him either. Needless to say, Wednesday came and went with no word. Now that we are back home, I once again called and this time Cassandra answered - she said she had had a family emergency and that is why she never returned our calls. We are awaiting a refund, which we'll see if we get. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. We were so looking forward to this excursion and not only did we not get to go but we were completely blown off and spent time and money trying to accomodate this company. Unbelievable.
