  • Absolutely the worst customer service! this company has NO responsible groomers!!! First time the girl showed up 3 hrs late and then didn't even have the key to open the mobile unit and left....then no one called me back for three days...then finally they sent Moe and she seemed good until the next apt where she didn't show up and then I called and she said she didn't think I wanted my apt because, I'm not even sure why she would assume I didn't want my apt when I made it in the first place! Uggg then she apologized and said she was sorry and would be there the next day.... Guess what! Not surprised.. NO SHOW! What a Joke
