  • This place is a joke. I went in to update my phone. When I was leaving with my new iPhone I was given a "free" hot spot device, the guys said it was a promotion they had going on. When I asked him if there was a monthly fee associated with it he told me no and that I could use it with my wireless home account. 4 months later I find out they've been charging me an additional tablet line fee for this thing. This free device iv never even used. So clearly the guy flat out lied to me. Someone needs to fix this problem for me. ASAP!
