  • Lived in Pillars for a year and it started off rocky, but then redeemed itself. Was promised a move out guarantee if we did not like our unit. We moved in to a roach infested apartment, they were crawling everywhere! We had the exterminators bomb the house and I personally did it myself as well. When I asked about the move out guarantee...there was a CATCH (ignore the Pillar Promise, it's a sham). We ended up making it work and the roaches eventually left. The fridge interior was chipping so maintenance thought painting the fridge with wall paint was a good idea. After complaining they replaced my fridge. The courtyard view was amazing! Neighbors were super friendly and the office Staff and maintenance started stepping up, responding to requests immediately. At the end of our lease I was sad to go. Nice community !!! If ever in AZ again, I will be back :-)
