Called in Friday after work hoping to book an appointment and was told there'd be an hour wait, which was fine since I was going to be coming from home anyway. Only 2 ladies were working on a Friday night, which is odd since they had to turn away potential customers. I waited another 20 minutes in the store while they finished up on their other clients.
Pros: Shellac and the pedi nail polish are still going strong after 3 weeks! I'm very rough with my nails (plus they're very brittle), so it's quite a nice surprise. The lady helped me apply 3 layers of coloured nail polish because the colour I chose was very opaque, but it doesn't look clunky at all.
Semi-con: The pedi was a little rushed since they were closing, so there wasn't much of a soak and sandpapering done. But to be honest, it would've taken a lot of time and work for my feet to be baby smooth. And after a 12 hour shift, I don't blame them at all. My boyfriend tells me they'd have to rent an industrial sandpapering machine for my feet, so appointments in advance would be appreciated.
The lady stayed 20 minutes past closing just to make sure she did a good job on my nails. She also helped me carefully cling-wrap my toes and put on my socks/shoes so that my pedi wouldn't be ruined, even though it was already dry at that point. Exceptional service! Would definitely recommend :)
