  • Don't live here. The flyer they pass out - you will notice the same girl in each of the pictures - that's the manager from the office. They do a terrible job trying to make this community "safe" they put up gates around the property - if you don't have key fob, you aren't getting in. Your gatekey doesn't get you in. Part of a tree branch fell down due to lack of upkeep and strong winds? They don't care about that damaging your car. Maintenance issues? That's going to take a long time to be addressed. They don't care. Overall, don't live here. They couldn't care less.
