I had a Husqvarna chainsaw that needed warranty repair. I took it to the closest Husqvarna dealer which was Palmers Motorsports which was less than a mile from my house. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer in my life. The guy at the counter argued with me and told me he was not going to fix my chainsaw under warranty.
I called the Power Outlet in Huntersville and explained what happened at Palmers, and they said to bring the saw in and they would take care of me. Even though it was my first time there and it was a warranty repair, I was treated like a valued customer. I told them what the problem was and they said YES THE CHAINSAW WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I filled out the paperwork, left the saw and 3 days later it was returned to me fully repaired under warranty and I was not charged one penny.
My neighbor, who has his own lawn care service, had a similar experience at Palmers with the same guy and now he no longer uses Palmers for any of his parts or repair needs.
Even though it further from the house, I would rather go to The Power Outlet to receive the kind of service I did there, rather than drive a half mile down the road to be treated like crap.
