I just came for the Sunday brunch this past weekend - probably my 5th time since it opened. It's still a great experience and the food is still quite good BUT I have noticed a lot of cutbacks that have affected the food quality - namely the switch from amazing freshly squeezed juices to Tropicana tasting generic OJ. At $60/head I think it's lame and the waiter still said would you like "fresh juice". Another quality cut is the loss of the mushroom duxelle in the salmon wellington - wild rice is a pale comparison - more filler than flavor. I also noticed they no longer offered the amazing creme frĂȘche with the salmon and they have cut back to just one roast vs. two. They've also cut back on the sweets - gone are the delicate macarons and beautiful individual layered cakes etc.. These small changes do add up when you have been many times and have come to expect that level of quality. I still think it was a delightful experience overall based on the exceptional service and overall ambiance and decor.
