  • I was tempted to give a two star rating. But to be fair, they do exactly as advertised: They clean the dog poo out of my back yard. And they do it effectively. That said, overall, I'm pretty disappointed in the service. First off, the guy who is doing the cleaning has not once attempted to introduce himself to myself or my dogs. So when he shows up unannounced every time, he seems frustrated that my dogs won't stop barking at him. He just continually shouts at them, "Be nice!" and acts frustrated and angry that he's having to deal with them. Also, you know how most of these services will give a light spray of a nice fragrance when they're done, so your yard smells all wonderful? Don't expect that here. Unless you want to pay an extra $30 per visit.
