  • Dr Sethi is rude. When I have a problem I don't expect the doctor to rudely say "What weird ailment is it this time"? They kept me waiting over an hour every time I came in. My last appointment was cancelled because I was late. I begged them to see me because I live 40 miles away and was late due to another appointment. The waiting room was empty and they told me no. I asked them to at least do the blood since I had been fasting all day and was told no. I convinced them to ask Dr Sethi and was told to get lost. Her time is not more valuable than mine. If they're going to be late every appointment they shouldn't cancel a late patient. I'll never step into Arrowhead again.
